Server Rules

DementiaCraft is a server focused on PvE. We expect kindness, maturity, community, and common sense from our Geezers (that’s you). Should you like to have that more defined, here are our go and no-go

GO

  • Be kind
  • Patch creeper holes to the best of your ability
  • Be respectful of players and builds
  • Make farms as lag-free as possible – we also have AFK-kick, to maintain a smooth server experience for all, you will be kicked after 3hrs of AFK-time
  • Friendly pranking between friends is allowed, as long as you are prepared to do the cleanup and aren’t destroying stuff. If in doubt, don’t do it
  • Check with new neighbors before setting up a base
  • Follow along and participate in the Discord

NO GO

  • Griefing: We don’t accept any form of griefing or stealing, and don’t mess with others’ stuff like builds (including but not limited to; portals, shops, farms, modes of transport, etc.), areas, or mobs
  • PvP: pvp is only okay, if consensual
  • No bases at spawn or the shopping district
  • No third-party clients/hacking/X-ray or the like, if you have questions about a mod, please check with support
  • Do not use any mods that give an advantage over regular vanilla Minecraft – ie. litematica is allowed, litematica-printing is not – no-clip freecam is allowed, full freecam is not, etc
  • Chunk loaders/systems are not permitted, neither are perimeters without express consent from the Elders
  • The community at large should have access to all possible limited experiences (fighting the dragon), please check with the Elders beforehand
  • The SE quadrant of the End is a strictly no-fly zone. This to keep the option to successfully explore and raid vanilla style.
  • No duping of any blocks, the only exception is TNT in tree farms and cobblestone farms. If you have questions or requests, do send a DM to the Elders
  • Tunnel borers, no matter their size are not allowed on DementiaCraft, not in the overworld, not in the Nether. Even if you make all the TNT manually, it’s simply too hazardous.
  • No silverfish mining
  • Please do not strip copper or farm Trial Chambers within the blue border. You may copper strip the trial chambers in the borderlands (the area between the soft and hard border)
