What is DementiaCraft?
DementiaCraft is a community, started by some older, more seasoned players who wanted to create a server where players, all aged 25 and above, could share a passion for crafting, building, and exploring this pixelated world. Our mission is to cultivate a virtual haven, free from toxicity, and brimming with respect, responsibility, and fun.
DementiaCraft is a safe space and we expect nothing less than kindness, inclusivity, and maturity – that means we vet people before whitelisting and only accept applications if you are 25+ of age

We plan to create a range of engaging activities and events, tailored to suit the tastes of seasoned Minecraft enthusiasts. Whether you prefer to embark on epic quests with friends, construct awe-inspiring structures, or simply unwind in a tranquil landscape, you’ll find like-minded individuals here who share your aspirations.
How new is DementiaCraft ?
The gates to Dementia opened on the fourth of August, 2023 and just a few weeks later, the community ventured out together to slay the dragon, armed only with bows and arrows and no armor! The event was a huge success and we are looking forward to many more!
We have established a Shopping District at spawn which is starting to come alive, with community builds like a public spider spawner and a community house, and player owned shops which we highly encourage all to build and take part in the bartering (no plug-ins, honor system) – more on this when you’re invited to the discord.
Features
We play on a semi-vanilla, whitelisted server with no resets* – we have implemented a world border that will grow with the community and Minecraft updates. We also enjoy a live dynmap!
*We will be resetting ‘The End’ and parts of ‘The Nether’ quarterly.
Semi-Vanilla?
While we enjoy the vanilla Minecraft experience, we have added a few Quality of Life plug-ins, to make the gaming experience even more enjoyable, some of these are:
- Double Shulker shells
- Fast leaf decay
- 1 player sleep
- Silence mobs
- Player head drops, Mobheads, mini-blocks, and statues
Changes to mobs:
- No phantoms
- Bats drop membranes
- We’ve also provided the Endermen with a nice invisible block, so they won’t rearrange your terraforming
